Is your event photography stuck in the 60's?

Gone are the days of film processing, keeping lists and addresses of attendees, receving prints in a couple of days, and sending out prints via the mail.

With professional digital event photographers, you can now have professional quality prints made on-the-spot. Your logo may be imprinted into the emulsion of the image as can a description your event. By putting your company logo directly into the emulsion of the print, you're guaranteeing that your corporate image will be displayed wherever the print is displayed (unlike gold foil folders or plastic frames).

We've found people really love the ability to get their picture immediately. For some events, you can even let guests look at the image on a computer display right away to make sure they love the picture.

When the picture is taken, photographers can immediately name the file. So instead of keeping a list and cross referencing that list to a bunch of file numbers, images files can carry the name of the person in the picture. What makes this system even more foolproof? All images have thefile name printed on the border of the print. This way, every image printed has the subject's name on it!

What's really fun about digital event photography is that you can photograph people in front of a background that can be eliminated via software. In place of the "plain" background, anything can be put in, from wild animals to a picturesque sunset of the destination where you are having your event.

Should you prefer not to have prints made immediately, they can also be put onto a CD, tranferred to a web site, or converted and used for a video.

Really, imagination is the only limitation anymore concerning event photography!
